3. Product & Delivery Policy
Digital Goods: All products sold on this website are digital goods (e.g., game credits, vouchers, reload pins).
Product Representation: We cannot guarantee that product images will appear exactly as shown on your monitor, as this depends on individual display settings.
Delivery Timeframe:
Upon successful payment, digital items are delivered instantly or within 5–15 minutes.
Delivery is made via Email, SMS, or displayed directly on the Order Confirmation page.
If technical delays occur, we guarantee delivery within 24 hours.
Order Verification: To prevent fraud, high-value or suspicious orders may require additional verification (e.g., proof of identity) before fulfillment.
4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Bayarcash. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
Cancellation Policy:
Once payment is processed and the digital code is delivered/revealed, orders cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations are only permitted if payment has not been received or if the product is out of stock.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed for successfully delivered products.
Exceptions: Refunds are only considered if:
A duplicate payment was detected.
Payment was deducted but the order was not delivered.
The delivered product is invalid or not redeemable.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

Liability: Feekz Store is not liable for:
Errors caused by incorrect customer input.
Delays due to external systems (game servers, payment processors).
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
